A brain is only as accurate as the documents in it. Upload a stale budget and every draft cites the stale budget, fluently and without hesitation. So the work of this lesson is not uploading. It is deciding what counts as the organization’s record, putting a date on it, and shaping it so a model can find the right paragraph.

Ten documents cover almost everything a grant, report or donor letter asks for. Many small organizations already have several of them, scattered across drives and inboxes. This lesson tells you what each one must contain, how to format it, and how to draft the missing ones with Claude interviewing you.
