A match score measures how closely a listing aligns with the profile you sent. It does not say whether an organization is eligible, and it says nothing about whether it will be funded. Present it as anything more and you have built an eligibility engine you cannot stand behind, on criteria you never read.
This lesson covers the matching endpoint: what goes in, what the score is built from, what comes back, and how to put it on screen so it helps people decide where to spend their reading time without telling them what the funder decides.
