Maryland EXCELS Bonuses

The Maryland State Department of Education distributes bonuses to child care programs participating in Maryland EXCELS, the state's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS). Programs earn bonuses when they publish a quality rating for the first time or re-publish a quality rating of 4 or 5.
