About This Grant
Provides State Aid to New York school districts that have undergone reorganization. The aid consists of two components: Incentive Operating Aid, which is a percentage of the district's Selected Operating Aid per Pupil, and an Incentive Building Percentage, which increases the district's building aid ratio. Both incentives are phased out over a period of up to 14 years.
