About This Grant
The REDi: Deep Energy Retrofits (REDi: DEEP) program provides federal Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) funding to HPD Sub or Gut Rehab projects in New York City. The funding supports deep energy retrofits and/or projects designing to Passive House performance standards, requiring a minimum of 35% modeled site energy savings. The program is a joint initiative between the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) and NYSERDA.
