On-The-Job Training (OJT) Employer Reimbursement

The On-The-Job Training (OJT) program is a partnership between the Nebraska Department of Labor (NDOL) and eligible employers (private, non-profit, or public sector) to provide reimbursement for the costs associated with training new employees. The program helps jobseekers quickly reenter the workforce while increasing their skills and earning a wage, and helps employers hire better employees and decrease training costs.
