About This Grant
Maryland Medicaid provides an enhanced payment to qualified CenteringPregnancy prenatal care practices. Eligible practices can bill for a higher reimbursement rate for group prenatal care services delivered through the CenteringPregnancy model, effective January 1, 2023. Starting January 2024, practices must be accredited or pending accreditation by the Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) to qualify for reimbursement. FQHCs are not eligible for the enhanced payment. Assistance type: subsidy.
