Information and Assistance

The Information & Assistance unit provides a single point of entry for Carroll County's older adults, adults with disabilities, their families, friends, and caregivers. Staff provide information on available services, help people obtain benefit programs, make referrals to supporting agencies, conduct in-depth needs assessments, and follow up to ensure service delivery.
