About This Grant
The Oncor Hard-to-Reach (HTR) Standard Offer Program (SOP) is designed to achieve energy and demand savings by installing various energy-efficiency measures in residences with household incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Incentives are provided directly to Energy Efficiency Service Providers (EESPs) to help offset the cost of these measures, with many common installations being low or no cost to the customer.
