Incumbent Worker Training Grant

The Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) Grant provides funding assistance to qualifying employers to offer skills training to their full-time, permanent employees. The training must be necessary to retain a skilled workforce, improve employee skills, increase the competitiveness of the employee and the employer, or retain/avert layoffs of the trained workers.
