About This Grant
The National Family Caregiver Support Program (Title III-E of the Older Americans Act) provides services to assist families caring for frail older members, and to assist grandparents or older relatives who are caregivers for children 18 and younger or for children of any age who have disabilities. Funds are allocated by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs to Area Agencies on Aging, which then contract with local service providers to deliver a range of support services.
