About This Grant
The FareShare Program encourages employees and employers in Montgomery County to use transit and vanpooling by matching employer contributions. Montgomery County reimburses private-sector and non-profit employers for transit benefits above the minimum $25 contribution per employee per month, up to the IRS pre-tax transit benefit maximum of $325 per month per employee (as of January 1, 2025).
