About This Grant
This program provides formula funding to public and not-for-profit colleges, universities, and community colleges in New York State to promote regional coordination of collection development in academic libraries. Recipients must be constitutionally eligible for State aid, be members of a reference and research library resources system, and fully participate in interlibrary loan and other resource sharing programs. The funds must be expended for library materials only.
