The CERTA Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings Incentive, funded by a federal EPA grant (IRA) and administered by the Oregon DEQ, provides financial incentives to building owners (commercial, multifamily, hospitals, schools, local/Tribal government) to improve energy efficiency and exceed the Oregon Department of Energy Building Energy Performance Standards (BPS).
