Workforce Pathways to Health and Economic Mobility Grants

Fidelis Care is offering grants to fund programs that support workforce development and connect Medicaid members with employment, education, training, apprenticeships, or volunteer opportunities. Funded activities may include career counseling, job readiness and digital literacy training, credentialing assistance, connections to employers and training programs, and retention coaching, as well as addressing barriers such as transportation, childcare, technology, and language access.
