Voluntary Cleanup Tax Credits (VCTC)

Tax credits to encourage voluntary cleanup of certain dry-cleaning-solvent-contaminated sites and brownfield sites in designated brownfield areas. Certificates are awarded from an annual $35 million authorization and are valid against Florida corporate income tax; awards above $35 million in a fiscal year are issued from the next available authorization.
