Techstars runs three-month, mentorship-driven accelerators. Its standard terms invest $220,000 at acceptance: $200,000 through an uncapped MFN Safe and $20,000 through a post-money Convertible Equity Agreement that converts into 5% common stock; both convert at a priced round of at least $1M.
