Shelter and Transitional Housing Facilities Grant Program

Provides grants to nonprofit organizations and local governments to improve or create transitional housing and emergency shelters, with the goal of reducing homelessness in Maryland. Eligible uses include new construction, acquisition, rehabilitation of housing, and purchase of capital equipment for transitional housing and emergency shelter facilities that include supportive services for residents.
