About This Grant
This program provides state funding (GRF ALI 490411) to support community-based services that help low-income, high-need, and/or cognitively impaired Ohioans aged 60 and older live independently. Funds are primarily distributed to local Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) via a population-based formula to address local needs. The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) also uses these funds to provide grants directly to community organizations to expand older adult programming and to meet federal funding...
