Programs that empower Women in Maryland

The Women's Giving Circle of Frederick County provides funding to nonprofit organizations for projects that specifically empower Frederick County women experiencing challenging situations. Since 2007, the organization has awarded more than $3.5 million to local nonprofits serving women in Frederick County.
