Presbyterian Women's Birthday Offering funds up to five capital improvement projects a year with one-time grants of $75,000 to $150,000. Projects must meet human needs consistent with PC(USA) mission policy, be less than three years old or an existing project moving in a new direction, begin within a year of funding and not have received a Thank or Birthday Offering grant in five years. U.S. applications require an endorsement from the moderator of a Presbyterian Women group in the PC(USA)....
