Participation-waived/Equivalent-match Project Program

The Participation-Waived/Equivalent-Match Project Program is a sub-program of the federal Highway Bridge Program (HBP) administered by TxDOT. It allows local governments to waive their standard 10% cost participation requirement for a federal HBP off-system bridge project.
