The One Maryland Tax Credit is a Maryland state income tax credit for businesses that invest in an economic development project in a Tier 1 County (distressed county) by acquiring, constructing, rehabilitating, installing, or equipping a facility in a Priority Funding Area (or qualified opportunity zone in Allegany, Garrett, Somerset, or Wicomico counties), or by relocating to Maryland and furnishing or equipping a new location.
