About This Grant
Neo Residency is a curated, three-month San Francisco program for up to 20 startups and student teams, run twice a year. Startups receive $750,000 uncapped, with Neo taking participation rights in the next equity round up to 5% ownership; students receive a $40,000 equity-free grant per person.
