NeighborWorks Capital Equity Fund

A first-of-its-kind equity fund that provides NeighborWorks network member organizations (NWOs) with access to standardized, equitable Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity terms on par with those typically reserved for only the largest for-profit national developers.
