About This Grant
The Multifamily Preservation Program (MPP) provides financing, primarily in the form of subordinate loans, for the preservation and improvement of rental properties located throughout New York State. The funding is reserved for substantial or moderate rehabilitation of site-specific multi-family rental housing currently under a regulatory agreement with HCR or another housing agency. Projects must adhere to income restrictions of up to 60% AMI.
