Maternal/Infant Health Grant

Elevance Health Foundation supports qualified nonprofit organizations working to improve maternal and infant health outcomes for under-resourced communities. The program prioritizes funding for initiatives that reduce disparities in pre-term birth rates and severe maternal morbidity, and improve maternal and infant health outcomes throughout the pregnancy journey from pre-conception support to postnatal care.
