Manufacturing PA Training-to-Career Grant Program (Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development)

Supports development and deployment of workforce training for those with employment barriers, engaging youth in manufacturing career awareness, and increasing local manufacturer training capacity. $4.7 million was included in the 2026/27 budget for this program. Open to non-profit entities partnering with manufacturing companies, including technical/trade schools, school districts, post-secondary institutions, workforce boards, and economic development organizations.
