Leak Adjustment Policy

Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works offers a Leak Adjustment as a courtesy benefit to utility customers who receive unusually high water bills due to plumbing leaks on their side of the meter. The adjustment reduces, but does not eliminate, excess water consumption charges resulting from an on-property plumbing leak. It may not be approved more than once every five years per property.
