About This Grant
The Housing Development Grant Program (HDGP) “Trust Fund” was created to expand Oregon’s housing supply for low- and very low-income families and individuals. HDGP provides funding to construct, acquire, and/or rehabilitate existing structures, or operate affordable rental housing for low-income households in Oregon. Preference is given to projects with resident services.
