About This Grant
The Oregon Heat Pump Purchase Program (HP3) provides incentives of up to $2,000 for the installation of high-efficiency heat pumps in owner-occupied homes, rental properties, and new residential construction in Oregon. The incentive is paid directly to approved contractors, who then pass the full amount on to the customer as a discount on the installation cost. The program is part of the state's Climate Equity and Resilience Through Action program, funded by the federal Inflation Reduction Act.
