About This Grant
The Small County Road Assistance Program (SCRAP) is a state-funded initiative by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to assist small county governments (population 75,000 or less per 1990 US Census) with resurfacing and reconstructing county roads. Up to $25 million is available annually, allocated to FDOT districts based on the number of eligible counties. Capacity improvement projects are not eligible for funding.
