Florida DEP State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program

The State Revolving Fund (SRF) program, administered by FDEP, is primarily a low-interest loan program for water infrastructure projects. The grant component, delivered as **Principal Forgiveness**, is specifically targeted at small, disadvantaged communities (population 10,000 or less and per capita income below the state average) to reduce the financial burden of their CWSRF and DWSRF loans. The forgiveness can cover up to 90% of the project costs for the most qualified applicants.
