“FIX IT” Facade Improvement Program

The City of Seguin Main Street "FIX IT" Facade Improvement Program provides reimbursement to approved applicants for exterior facade work on properties located in the Downtown Historic District. The program offers up to a maximum of 50% reimbursement or dollar-for-dollar reimbursement of up to $10,000 per property per grant funding cycle.
