Facade Rehabilitation Grant Program

The City of Raleigh's Facade Rehabilitation Grant Program provides matching reimbursement grants to small business owners and property owners for exterior improvements to existing commercial buildings. Grants are available for up to $10,000 or 50 percent of qualified rehabilitation costs (whichever is less) for businesses located in Economic Development Priority Areas, and up to $5,000 or 50 percent of costs for businesses outside these areas.
