Entrepreneurs First's U.S. program brings individuals to San Francisco, often before they have a co-founder, company or idea. Fellows live alongside other founders for three months and receive an equity-free $10,000 grant to cover their stay. Founders ready to build can receive up to $250,000: $125,000 on a post-money SAFE for 8% from EF and an optional $125,000 uncapped MFN SAFE from EF and Transpose Platform, which requires relocating to San Francisco and a Delaware C-corp.
