Critical Workforce Housing Assistance Program

The Prince George's County Critical Workforce Housing Assistance Program helps essential workers become first-time homeowners in the communities they serve. The program provides down payment and closing cost assistance as a zero-interest deferred loan of up to $50,000 or 25% of the home's purchase price, whichever is less.
