About This Grant
New York State program providing $76 million to support small- and medium-sized county-led infrastructure projects that advance housing development. Projects creating at least 10 new housing units are eligible for up to $1.5 million, while projects with fewer than 10 units are eligible for up to $1 million. A Letter of Intent (LOI) must be submitted prior to filing a final application, and a webinar for counties is planned for mid-November.
