About This Grant
The Connecting Oregon Schools Fund (COSF) provides state match dollars to the federal E-Rate program for Broadband Infrastructure Special Construction projects. The state funds help unlock up to an additional 10% federal discount on construction costs, in addition to the standard E-Rate subsidy. COSF can also provide additional project gap funding to ensure broadband infrastructure projects for Oregon schools are completed.
