Concept Capital is TEDCO's initiative to bridge the early-stage funding gap for underrepresented entrepreneurs across Maryland. The program provides flexible convertible note funding and specialized support to founders who are socially and economically disadvantaged or rural-based, helping them prepare for future venture opportunities.
