About This Grant
The Section 128(a) Assessment program, administered by the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE) with funding from the EPA, provides no-cost Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for Brownfield sites. This service includes Phase I and Phase II assessments to provide preliminary environmental information, determine contamination, and assist communities in preparing sites for redevelopment.
