About This Grant
Linkages is a state-funded permanent supportive housing program that provides long-term rental assistance and supportive services to individuals with a serious mental illness diagnosis who are also homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The program is a partnership between the New Mexico Health Care Authority's Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD) and Housing New Mexico (MFA), which fund and oversee qualified housing and support services administrators across the state.
