About This Grant
Provides financial assistance to Baltimore City and quasi-City agency employees to help them purchase a home in Baltimore City. Eligible employees receive a forgivable loan of $5,000 or $10,000 toward closing costs and/or down payment. All incentives are offered as five-year forgivable loans (except Live Near Your Work, which is a grant). Assistance type: loan.
